Pasta with Spinach, Garlic and Oil

Makes 4 servings

12 ounces fresh spinach
8 ounces thin spaghetti
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 large cloves of garlic, very thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt

Stem, wash, drain and coarsely chop spinach leaves. Set aside.
Cook pasta as package label directs until al dente; drain.
In same pan, combine oil and garlic; saute over medium heat 2 minutes or
until garlic is golden. Add spinach, pepper flakes and salt; saute until
spinach wilts. Remove from heat; add pasta. Toss to coat well and mix.
