Telma used to make a cube you dropped into a pot of rice and water which
made a nhice yellor-colored rice with a pleasant Indian flavor. I have
not been able to buy these cubes any more. I would like a recipe for this
sort of rice. Thanks for your help

I think I saw this recipe taolked about on TV. I am looking for the
recipe. Sweet patato shreds were made into nests and served with baked
apple slices in the centar. Ring any bells?
