Pistachio Salad

1 large can crushed pineappple, partially drained
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix

Combine these ingredients. Add:

1 9 oz. cool whip
1 cup minature marshmallows
1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped nuts(we always use pecans)
1 small container samll curd cottage cheese

Mix all togethe well and refigerate at least 8 hours.
