Default Piegrogi Lasagna

Piegrogi Lasagna

1 box lasagna noodles
5 lbs potatoes (cooked and mashed as you would mashed potatoes)
onions
margarine
shredded cheddar cheese

Cook lasagana noodles. Sweat onions in margarine until semi-soft. Melt
some margarine and spread lightly on the bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
Layer noodles, mashed potatoes, onion and cheese. Continue to layer
until you reach the top of the baking dish finishing with mashed
potatoes and cheese. Cover and bake on 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
Uncover during last 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve as you would regular
lasagna.

I like to serve it with some sour cream on top too. And a nice salad
