Easy Cheesy Vegetable Soup

4 oz. cubed processed cheese-Velveeta
1 lb. frozen California blend vegetables thawed
3-1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 cup cooked rice

Heat cheese and milk over low heat in 3 quart pan; stir occasionally
till cheese is melted.
Stir in chili powder. Stir in rice and vegetables. Cook until hot.
