Default Amber's Delight

This is a light and refreshing dessert that is very easy to make. I am not
fond of too much pineapple so I will try and replace it with another fruit
next time. This was published in A Cook's Tour of Minnesota by Ann L.
Burckhardt and originated from Schwan's Family Favorites.

Amber's Delight Serves 12 to 16

1 can crushed pineapple, (20 oz.) drained
1 can whole cranberry sauce, (16 oz.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk, (14 oz.)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, or pecans
1/4 cup bottled lemon juice
2 cups Schwan's premium vanilla ice cream, softened
1 carton whipped topping, (8 oz.) thawed

In medium bowl, mix together pineapple, cranberry sauce, condensed milk,
nuts, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed; set aside. In large bowl,
combine ice cream and whipped topping. Gently fold fruit mixture into ice
cream mixture. Pour into 13x9-inch pan. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Freeze leftovers.
