Cappuccino Chip Ice Cream
Mounds Ice Cream Simple Vanilla Ice Cream Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Ziploc Ice Cream In response to Harriets request of August 24 for sugar free ice cream recipes or recipes using Splenda, here are five: Cappuccino Chip Ice Cream diabetic, low carb 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. davinci vanilla syrup dash salt 1 cup cold espresso; or strong coffee 2 cups cream 6 packets Splenda 1/3 chocolate bar; dark chocolate*, grated * with cocoa bean pieces if available. Beat eggs, salt and syrup together. Stir in remaining ingredients and freeze as your ice cream maker directs. Add 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips during the last 5-10 minutes of freezing. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.\ Pour into automatic electric ice cream maker and process for 20 minutes. Add strawberry pieces to frozen mixture while still churning in ice cream maker and allow to process for an additional 5 minutes. Fill quart bag half way with ice and add rock salt. Put sandwhich bag into quart bag and seal. Shake bag for about 5-6 minutes. Open bag, remove ice cream. Rinse off sandwich bag before opening.
