Blueberry Cheese Bread

2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup blueberries
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Combine dry ingredients with zest, cheese and berries. Combine remaining
ingredients and stir just to mix. Pour into buttered 1-1/2 qt. casserole.
Bake
at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
