Subject: Req: Alfredo Sauce (LOTS)

I'd like a recipe for Alfredo Sauce.
No I can make enough for my usual needs at the drop of a hat.
What I want is a recipe for like a gallon of sauce so I can make a
large quantity of frozen Chicken Alfredo with Pastas that I can make
the Chicken with sauce and freeze ahead. Then either make the pasta
fresh or freeze and simply reheat both seperately (pasta and Chicken).
I hope I've explained myself.
Thank you
Stephen Bailey

I live in Spain and it is difficult to get Weight Watchers products that
don't cost a fortune.
Does anyone have any tasty weight watchers recipes, quick to make, for the
point system?

I am looking for a not to hard recipe, yet tasty one, for meatballs to
add to spaghetti. I have never made them before, but I would love to
try.

Thanks,
Fatts

Hi,

I see sweet and sour recipes for Mahi Mahi, but I don't wish to fry the
fish. I'm looking for a sauce to put over the fish, but something that's
more a Hawiian type flavor (like with pinapple).

TIA

I'm looking for a recipe for bran muffins that appeared in
the Sep 1989 issue of Cooking Light. You began by soaking
raisins and bran cereal in hot water for about 10 minutes.
These are the old fashioned bran muffin, moist and rich.
The batter may be stored in the refrigerator. They were
surprisingly low fat.
TIA, Kate

Does anybody have a Crab Louie and Shrimp Louie recipe?
The two recipes might be interchangeable for all I know. But they may
have different ingredients.

Thanks in advance.
