Baked Beans

4 slices bacon
1 onion ; chopped
6 cups cooked beans ; your favorite
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cook bacon until crisp, set aside.
Saute onion in same pan until golden, stir in crumbled bacon and all
remaining ingredients. Mix well, bake uncovered at 325F for about
40-45 minutes.
Can add maple syrup for a different taste, or spice it up by using
cumin, and/or chili.
