due to multiple food allergies, my son & i can't have any commercial =
chocolate. his allergist gave me a recipe to make our own chocolate =
using 125g cocoa butter, 120g pure icing sugar, 5 tbl cocoa powder, 30g =
powdered milk & 1 tsp vanilla essence.

unfortunately, we can't use the powdered milk required either, however, =
we can use ordinary milk.

would anyone know a recipe for chocolate that either omits the powdered =
milk (i assume it would then be dark chocolate) or replaces it with =
ordinary milk? or can i just omit the milk powder & do the rest of the =
recipe as is? the cocoa butter is very expensive so i can't really =
afford to just play around with lots of different experiments!

kind regards,
elizabeth (in australia).

In the early 90's, I used to get a cold salad from a local chain's deli =
(Sentry Foods) called Fiesta Salad. It had imitation crabmeat, pasta =
and a red-orange slightly sweet dressing. Despite the name, it did not =
have any Mexican or Southwest flavors. Does anyone have such a recipe?? =
Thanks. JKJohnny
