Default Dinah Shore's Fudge Cake

Dinah Shore's Fudge Cake

1 cup plus 2 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp baking cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm water
1/3 cup oil
1 lg egg
1 tsp vanilla

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Beat together 2 minutes.
Place in 9 inch greased
pan. Bake 350F 30 to 35 minutes or tested done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes on rack and invert cake to rack to cool completely.
