Shrimps on the Barbie

Shrimp
Bacon
barbecue sauce

Soak some wooden skewers in water for a 1/2 hour
Wrap shrimp with a 1/2 strip of bacon, then thread each on the skewer,
catching the bacon so it doesn't fall off. I put 5 or 6 shrimp per
skewer. Brush on some barbecue sauce.
Cook on the barbie until done, turning often.
Another variation I use instead of barbecue sauce is to brush on
Italian dressing.
