Recipes for clay cookers like Romertopf, tagines and other ovenable
ceramics like them. Particular emphasis on meats and poultry with
recipes using few ingredients. Simple is good. So is easy. Cheap cuts
even better.

I have some lettuce from our garden. I'm tired of our usual olive =
oil-apple vinegar-garlic dressing, and need some ideas how to make the =
salad with lettuce more "interesting" - i.e., dressings that would go =
