Beef Braised In Beer

1/2 cup Flour
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 lb Beef chuck; cubed
3 Tbsp Oil
2 cup Onions; sliced
2 Cloves Garlic; minced
1 Bay leaf
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
2 Tbsp Chopped parsley
1 can Beef broth
2 cup Beer

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge meat in
mixture. Heat oil in Dutch oven; brown meat. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer. Cover and bake in oven 2 hours.
