Diabetic Cookies

1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. soda
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 egg
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup raisins
3/4 cup all-bran
1/4 cup grated coconut

Mix together and drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie
sheet placing 1-inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
