Default Cocoa for a Crowd

Cocoa for a Crowd

Source: Taste of Home Country Cooking

4 cups sugar
3 cups baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 quart warm water
2 quarts boiling water
4 gallons hot milk

In a large kettle, combine, sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix
well. Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat;
stir in hot milk.

100 servings
