Default Bacon Potato Chowder

Bacon Potato Chowder

1 lb Bacon, cut into 1/2 pieces
1 cup chopped onions
4 cups diced potatoes
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
2 cans of soup (Cream of chicken or Cream of mushroom)
2 cups of sour cream
3 cups of milk

In large saucepan, cook bacon until brown, add onion and cook until
tender.
Drain. Add water, potatoes, salt and pepperand cook about 15 minutes or
until potatoes are tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in soup, sour
cream and milk. Continue cooking and stirring until heated through.
