Pacific Lime Mold

1 package ( 4 servings ) lime flavored Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 9 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 cup creamy cottage cheese
1 teaspoon horse-radish
1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/4 chopped nuts

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add juice from crushed pineapple can.
Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy. Fold in pineapple,
cottage cheese, horse-radish, mayonnaise or whipped cream, and nuts. Chill
until firm.
