Default Six-Minute Curried Baked Beans

Six-Minute Curried Baked Beans
700 watts
Doreen Randal, Wanganui. New Zealand

Kids can do this one. Really tasty.

1 tsp oil or butter
1/4 cup sultanas
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup peanuts
1 2 tsp mild curry powder
450g can baked beans

Put onion, oil and curry powder in a medium-sized casserole dish and
cook, covered on HIGH for 2 minutes. Add the sultanas, nuts and baked
beans. Reduce power to 50% and cook for 3 - 4 minutes or until hot.
You make this ahead of time, standing will develop the curry flavour,
just re-heat when required.
Serve on toast, or as a taco filling with grated cheese.
