Default Ivory's Salmon Loaf

Ivory's Salmon Loaf

1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/3 cup mayonnaise, or salad dressing
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (16 oz.) salmon, drained, boned and flaked
1 cup cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients, place in greased loaf pan and bake in moderate
oven (350°) for one hour. Unmold and slice. Bake uncovered.
