I am looking for a recipe for chocolate mousse that has a dense, almost
truffle like consistency yet melts in your mouth. My husband and I had
the
most wonderful version of this at a small French restaurant in
Pennsylvania
and I would love to make it at home. All the recipes I have for chocolate
mousse are pudding like.

call it something like ka na na, but now call it Greek Skillet. It has
potatoes, greek sausage, green peppers, feta cheese etc. Does anyone
