My friend and I were cleaning up after a catered dinner and we tasted some
of the left-overs. There was a really terrific scallop and pasta dish.
We would like to see if anyone has a recipe. It was ocean scallops cut
into quarters, fresh tomatoes, some kind of onion, cream or sour cream,
sherry or Marsala wine, and orange. We could see orange zest and there
was probably some orange juice in the sauce. Really, it was so good and
really different.

I have been commissioned by my family to find out what seasonings to
use in a traditional Louisiana crawdad boil. So far, my searches have
been fruitless. Hoping this group can come through for me as it has
for so many others.

We had dinner the other night at Wolfgang Puck's in Walt Disney World,
and had some of that wonderful flatbread that has baked on grated cheeses
and herbs on top. Does anyone have this recipe or a clone?
Thanks,
Caladezi

I have been trying to perfect my pizza dough to make it as soft and
fluffy as those I buy from various restaurants like Madonna's Pizza,
Pizzahead, and La Porchetta, but to no avail. I've used Italian flour
type "OO", and mixed it with plain and self-raising flour. I've used
different types of yeast too, but nothing has worked thus far. What is
the secret ingredient that these commercial pizza places use that
makes their pizzas so soft? If anyone knows please tell me!
