Seafoam Salad

Seafoam Salad

1 3oz.package of lime "Jello" Gelatin-
1 cup of boiling water
1/2 pint of whipping cream
2 3oz.packages of cream cheese-softened
1 small can of crushed pineapple-drained
1 cup of chopped pecans

Add 1 cup of boiling water to Jello and stir well till disolved; place in
refrigerator . When gelatin starts to set take the whipping cream and whip
till stiff. Next whip, the whip cream, into the gelatin followed by the
softened cream cheese. After all has been whipped, with a spoon mix in the
pineapple and pecans. Finally, pour mixture into bowl and place in the
refrigerator.
