Subject: Confetti Dip

At a work social a few years ago, someone brought a dip she called
confetti dip. It had a cream cheese base and the confetti was made of
red and green peppers. However, I can't figure out what was mixed with
the cream cheese and she had promised the person who'd given her the
recipe that she wouldn't share. Anyone heard of this dip or have any
recipies for something similar?
