Default Baked Pork Stew

Baked Pork Stew

1 1/2 lb pork, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 Tbsp cooking oil
3 cups beef broth
8 ounce bag pearl onions
1 Tbsp oregano
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup all purpose flour
4 medium potatoes, cut up bite size
4 medium carrots, cut up bite size
1 cup fresh or frozen green beans

In Dutch oven cook meat half at a time with hot oil til brown, drain fat. Return
all meat to pan, stir in beef broth, onions, and spices. Bring to a boil. Remove
from heat and cover tightly, bake in a 325 F oven for 45 minutes. Combine water
and flour, stir into stew, stir in all veggies. Cover again and bake 1 1/2 hours
more or until meat and veggies are tender and thickened.
