Default Chocolate Covered Spiders (No Bake!)

Chocolate Covered Spiders (No Bake!)

24 oz pkg of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 x 5 oz container chow mein noodles
peanuts & raisins (optional)

Melt chocolate chips in large bowl in microwave on low setting (stirring
frequently) or in double broiler on stove. Once all is melted, gently mix
in chow mein noodles until all noodles are covered with chocolate. Add
peanuts and/or raisins if desired. Peanuts and raisins add a nice effect,
but if not everyone is a fan. On large sheets of wax paper spoon mounds of
chocolate covered "spiders" using a large spoon (about the size of a ping
pong ball). Once the chocolate sets (approx 1 hour depending upon humidity
and room temperature) you're done!
