I would be ever so grateful if someone could submit a copycat recipe for
the tortilla soup served at Bob's Big Boy restaurant in Burbank CA. It's
the best I've ever eaten!!

Arroz con Pollo

I lost my recipe. It was from the McCall's cooking school magazines that
were printed in the 70's. It was a great one dish recipe that completed
cooking in the oven. When recipe was doubled or tripled,it was great to
bring for potlucks.

this is a cheese spread

I don't know the correct name but the one I bought was called "pot of
cheese", maybe beause it was in a small clay pot. I know it must have
cream cheese in it and it also has swirls of red. It is sweet, you spread
it on crackers and it is wrapped in cheese cloth. It was home made and
very delicious. I would really appreciate finding the recipe.
