Default Carrot Cake

Easy Carrot Cake

1 box 2-layer yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 cup cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cup finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Vanilla "Philly" Frosting

Combine cake mix, eggs, water, salad dressing and cinnamon; mixing at
medium speed with electric mixer until well blended, about 3 minutes. Stir
in carrots and nuts (optional). Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch
baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool; frost with Vanilla "Philly"
Frosting. --

Vanilla "Philly" Frosting:--

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand
cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 cup sifted powdered sugar

Combine cream cheese, milk and vanilla until well blended. Gradually add
powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
