Peach Bellini
6oz Andre Asti Spumanti 1 oz peach schnapps Fresh frozen juicy peaches (throw in a couple in the freezer for 2 hours, try and get fresh white peaches, they're they best for this) 5 ice cubes. Throw it all in a blender and mix it up! You can also throw in a half a shot of grenadine and it makes it a pinky colour. FYI: I've had a real peach Bellini in Italy and this tastes very similar. Instead of the Spumanti they use a prosecco wine, and in place of the schnapps a peach nectar (kerns) if you can get fresh white peaches they're even better, they look like a flattened peach. Enjoy! -dania -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at . Only recipes and recipe requests are accepted for posting. Please allow several days for your submission to appear.
