Drain pasta and keep warm. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté garlic, shrimp and snowpeas 3-4 minutes stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and cooked throughout. Stir in basil and salt and pepper to taste. Combine shrimp and snow peas mixture with pasta in a serving bowl. Place over meidum high heat until hot. Add green onions and garlic; saute' until tender. Add broth, lemon juice, paprika, rosemary, basil, oregano, salt, red pepper, pepper, and bay leaves, stirring well. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, strirring occasionally. Uncover and simmer an additional 5 miinutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover and let stand at room temperature 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Peel and devein shrimp. Uncover sauce; bring sauce to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp to sauce; cook 5 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring occasionally.
