Austrian Lemon Noodles with Caviar

1/2 pound thin noodles
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp cream

Sauce:
rind of 1/2 large lemon cut in thin strands
rind of 1 lime cut in thin strands
1/4 cup veal stock
1/4 cup sour cream
Garnish: caviar

Cook noodles, drain and toss in the cream and butter while hot. Mix sauce
ingredients and toss with noodles. Garnish individual plated servings with a
dollop of good quality caviar Yield: 4 servings
