Apple-Kraut Pork Chops (Crockpot)

1-2 pounds pork chops or country-style ribs
1 onion, sliced
1-2 apples, any kind, sliced (peeling is optional)
1 quart (more or less) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

Don't brown the pork. Add ingredients in order to crockpot. Cook
all day on medium, or 4-6 hours on high.


Sweet Apricot Pork Chops (Crockpot)

1-2 pounds pork chops or country-style ribs
1 small jar apricot preserves
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or 1 teaspoon salt)
3 cloves garlic, minced, optional

Brown the pork, then add to the crockpot with remaining ingredients. Cook all
day on medium, or 4-6 hours on high.



Crockpot Pork Chops Italiano

1-2 pounds pork chops or country-style ribs
1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 Tablespoon dried basil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, minced, optional

Brown the pork, then add to the crockpot with remaining ingredients.
Cook all day on medium, or 4-6 hours on high.



Crock Pot Curried Pork Chops

1-2 pounds pork chops or country-style ribs
1 can (15 ounces?) coconut milk
1 tablespoon curry paste (or 2 tablespoons curry powder)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons each toasted almonds and raisins/currants, optional
1/4 cup chopped cilantro, optional
1/2 to 1 cup cooked cauliflower and/or carrots, optional

Brown the pork, then add to the crockpot with next 3 ingredients.
Cook all day on medium, or 4-6 hours on high. Stir in remaining
optional ingredients. Serve over rice.
