Fried Corn Patties

3 cup self-rising cornmeal
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Drop by spoonful in hot grease.
Fry on both sides until brown. Good with syrup.
