Apple Snack Squares

2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3 3/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp salt
3 cup diced, peeled, tart apples
3/4 cup butterscotch chips

In bowl, combine sugar, eggs and oil; mix well. Stir in flour, bak.
powder, salt, and cinnamon. Batter will be thick. Stir in apples. Spread
in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with chips. Bake at 350 F for
35-40 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted near center comes out
clean.
