i would like a recipes for shrimp salad to serve at my friends party

Los Patios Shrimp Salad

1 lb. cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp
1 1/3 cup chopped celery
white pepper to taste
celery salt to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine shrimp, celery, pepper and celery salt. In separate bowl, combine
mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. Add to shrimp mixture and serve chilled,
mounded on leaf lettuce.
