Muffallata Sandwich

2 slices bread
1 slice boiled ham
4 slices hard salami Italian style
2 slices provolone cheese
shredded lettuce
tomato slices -- optional
muffaletta spread or relish

Spread both pieces of bread with Muffaletta spread. Place cheese, meats
and lettuce on one slice and top with the other.

NOTE: This is traditionally made with a round, crusty Italian or
French loaf.
