I used to fix this in the '50's and it was always a hit, you put the sole in a buttered
baking dish, cover with the soup and a little butter and parsley and back but I don't know
what temperature and how long!

My 87 year old father remembers his mother making buckwheat pancakes that were made with
yeast and made the night before you cooked them. I also need a source for real buckwheat
flour, not a mix you would find in your regular grocery store. These pancakes had a
