Swedish Meatballs
1 (24 oz) package fully cooked turkey meatballs 1 (12 oz) jar beef gravy 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning often, 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned and heated through. Add gravy; cook, stirring, 1 minute or until simmering. Stir in sour cream until blended. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with snipped fresh dill, if desired. 331 calories, 26g protein, 10g car, 1g fiber, 22g fat, 104mg cholesterol, 862mg sodium.
