Swiss Steak
2 lbs. bottom round steak 1 pkg. brown gravy mix 1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix 1 (reg. size) can cut-up tomatoes salt and pepper to taste Cooked rice Cut up steak into small bite-size pieces. Brown meat in skillet with vegetable oil. Salt and pepper meat while browning. When meat is brown, drain the grease and place meat into casserole dish. Add gravy, tomatoes with juice and 1 pkg. dried soup mix with the meat in casserole dish and mix well. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for approx. 25-35 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
