Van de camps double chocolate cookies

As a kid I loved these store bought cookies. I do not know if anyone
would remenber but, they are all chocolate with a type of crackled top and
a very firm or almost crunchy chocolate center. Maybe a double chocolate
cookie a very firm hard type of cookie.

Subject: sbarros garlic rolls recipe

I used to have the recipe for these rolls that they sell at Sbarros pizza
joint and other mall pizza joints but I can't find it.

I don't think the parmesan is baked on, i'ts more along the lines of the
rolls being dunked in butter or oil once baked and then dredged in
parmesan and perhaps crushed garlic.

I never made the recipe I had, but wish I had. Then perhaps I could
remember?

Creme Brulee

Can you get or recreate the recipe for the Keg Steakhouse's version of
Creme Brulee. It was the creamiest and smoothest one I have ever had.
Maybe it is not the ingredients, but the process that makes their version
of this dessert so good. Thank you from Puyallup, WA.
