Reuben Puffs

2 cups saurekraut rinsed and drained
8 ounces swiss cheese
1 medium onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
8 slices rye bread
1 pound deli corn beef

Food process cheese and onion till finely chopped. Add mayonaise, 1
tablespoon of mustard and pepper and process till blended. Add saurekraut
and pulse 2 to 3 times. Spread remaining mustard on bread and top with
corn
beef. Spread with cheese mixture and broil 8 inches from top till melted
and
hot.
