Requested: Pine Bark Cookies/treats

Soda Cracker Chocolate Candy

35 soda crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups semi sweet choc chips
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped nuts. ( almonds or walnuts)

Line a 10 x 15 cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil Place
crackers in rows In saucepan melt butter; adda the brown sugar and bring
to boil. Boil 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread until completely
covered. Bake 350 for 5 minutes. Crackers will float. Remove from oven.
Turn oven off. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over crackers. Return to
oven until chocolate is melted. -- 3 - 5 minutes. Remove from oven. With a
greased spatula, press nuts into chocolate. Cut into squares while warm.
Cool. Remove from foil. Enjoy Eleanor
