Default Moist Mashed Potatoes

Requested: Mashed Potatoes cooked ahead of time
From: Lou

Moist Mashed Potatoes

potatoes
butter
salt
pepper
milk
sour cream

I boil my potatoes first, then mash them. Then I add butter, salt and
pepper, add some milk and a small amount of sour cream. I put them in a
casserole dish, covered in the oven and they stay moist and actually bake
up.

I even make some bacon before hand, throw some shredded cheddar (or any
cheese) and the bacon on it...cook it the same way. I call it my "Loaded
mashed bake" My husband and family loves it.

Good luck
