Chicken Tikka Masala

I like the Chicken Tikka Masala at The Clay Pit, and at Tag Palace in Austin. I
would like a recipe that will end up tasting like that. I've looked up many
many recipes, and I did a combination of the recipes including the spices that
most or all of the recipes included. It ended up tasting okay, but nothing like
my favorite versions of it at my favorite Indian restaurants.

For anyone who has ate at pf changs and had the brown rice. You will know it is
just perfect and really fluffy. I know when I buy brown rice in the store it
does not come out that way. Does anyone know what brand of brown rice that
they use and how they cook it?

Hi , I am trying to find a recipe by James Beard called "wolf howling pork
roast" I got a copy of this in the 1960's from the Chicago Sun Times. I Lost it
in a move to Florida. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance and
