Plums Marinaded in Rum
Serving Size : 4 450 grams (l pound) plums 2 Tbsp brown sugar 2 Tbsp dark rum Stone the plums and sprinkle the brown sugar over and then pour the rum over them. Leave to macerate (soften) for an hour, then bring gently to the boil, remove from the heat and allow to cool. Serve either lightly warmed or cool.
