Sweet Potato Pineapple Casserole

6 boiled & mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup margarine

Boil potatoes with skins on. Peel & mash potatoes. Combine pineapple,
margarine, & brown sugar. Cook over medium heat , stirring constantly
until mixture boils for 1 minute. Reserve enough of the mixture to cover
top of casserole. Combine the remainder of the mixture with the mashed
sweet potatoes. Cover & bake at 325 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
