Lavender and Almond Sweets
1 part dried crumbled lavender flowers 4 parts marzipan almond meal orange zest Mix 1 part dried crumbled lavender flowers with 4 parts marzipan. Shape into small balls then roll in almond meal with a little orange zest added. Leave to dry before storing. These are very good. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
