Homemade Noodles
2 cups of flour 1 egg Uding 2 cups of flour per egg, mix until firms dough ball, not sticky, so if needed add more flour. Coat bread board with flour and roll until paper thin, let dry and then cut into the size and width of noodles you wish. Let dry until stiff and store, or cook immediately for soup. If really ambitious make a pot of chicken soup, after the water comes to the first boil and has been skimmed of all crap that was in the chicken that the boiling brought to the surface let it simmer until just before serving, bring back to boil and add noodles. The will sinl to the bottom, and are done when they float to the top of the soup. The noodles cool it down to a simmer. Kathy G. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
