Default Southwestern Pot Pie

Southwestern Pot Pie

1 lb hamburger
1-2 Tablespoons of chopped onion
1 can of corn
1 can of Campbell's Southwest PepperJack Soup
1 cup of Bisquick
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
Mexican or Taco/Nacho style shredded cheese

Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion and drain. Add corn and soup, mix
well. Put in a 9 inch pie pan. In a separate bowl, mix Bisquick, milk and
egg. Pour on top of meat mixture in pie pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of
bisquick mixture. Cook for about 20 - 25 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Serves about 6 or so. Enjoy!
